Westerville Raisin Rack adds Ohio farm cheeses
The Westerville Raisin Rack is now carrying Sippel family farm raw cow's-milk cheese under the Kokoborrego label. The cows are raised solely on grass and without rBSt.
Three varieties are currently available at the Westerville store: Moraine, Headwaters and Whetstone.
The Sippels live in northern Morrow County on 77 acres and manage a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm. Raisin Rack is pleased to add the Sippels to its expanding list of Ohio producers.
